I’ve never really had too much of an issue with managing my time, unless I’ve taken on more than I am able to chew on, then that’s an entirely different story. I don’t do this too often anymore, I’ve become really good at saying no to the things that I dont really want to do.
I’ve learnt that time management isn’t even really a thing, and I completely agree. We have absolutely no control over time, we cannot manage it. It is going to give you the same 24 hours that it gave you yesterday, today and tomorrow as well. You cannot change that , it’s a given. What you can control though, is what you choose to do in the 24 hours that have been given to you. What you focus on is the thing that you need to manage. Managing your focus is something that is in your control.
I’ve also recently learnt about the hierarchy of value. This was mindblowing. We do the things that we value the most, without any coersion or motivation. We are enthusiastic about the things that are valuable to us. When we are demotivated it’s because we are doing something at the bottom of our hierarchy of values. John Dimartini is the person that teaches about value systems. He wrote the “Value Factor”, and this is now a book that has become no 1 on my next book to read list.
By focusing on what you value most in the time that we have been given and we will be living our truest most authentic lives. Take the time to determine what is important to you and then build on that. Give less time to the things that are not important to you or no time at all if you can, and then give most of your time to what you find to be most valuable to you. The key here is that no 2 people have the exact same value sytems. Every one is different and you cannot force your values onto someone else and vice versa.
Stop trying to live through the value systems of another person, dont compare yourself to anyone else. You are unique to your own set of programming and systems, so spend your time focusing on what those are and who you are. Spend less time worrying about how other people are living, unless you are doing that to help them improve their thinking systems to help them to find their way closer to their own path.
Time is valuable, so use what time you are given to fullfill everything you are born to be. Nobody else will know what that is but you, so look for your answers within.
Ok thats my brain fart for today. 😊😊😊

Amazing! I absolutely agree with you… I have always believed in investing my time and energy at the places i want to instead of just doing it for the sake of doing it which doesn’t mean anything to me…😇😄✨

This is what I always thought. From lifting your head off the pillow and to putting it back, and the time space in between them i.e.,16 hours is what we have left in a day, which spends mostly the same and perhaps that’s why everyday feels the same sometimes.
But doing that things that gives you satisfaction and eternal happiness in those 16 hours is of much importance.

Always! I’m definitely in a “time values” revelation period. I want to live my best life and what God created me to do– what’s truly in my heart that makes me feel at peace. I am realizing what I need, not what others–or society–say I need. It’s a great place to be!
