Filling up the tanks

I’ve been sharing my journey with you regarding the quiet space I’ve been in to prepare myself for more to come. I am so greatful for the outpour of support from my wordpress family, it means so much to me to have a group of people support me from all over the world. You have filled me up with loving words and encouragement and it motivates me to push harder.

I spoke to a friend yesterday who is definately someone I love and cherish and she loves that I am finally doing what’s important for me, because I’m always running around taking care of everybody else most of the time, and it’s time for me to take care of me for a while. It’s been a few weeks now and the amount of growth that has transpired in me is so intense, but positively so.

I have always believed that it takes a village, and the encouragement from this village has definately touched my heart. Thank you for also supporting my podcast anchor.fm/my-peeping-light. So many of you have had a listen and I am loving the feedback. I look forward to growing and nurturing this new chapter of my life. We are still building foundations at this point, but everything that must withstand the test of life needs a solid foundation, or it will not last.

Family is everything, and as the years go by I realise that it has nothing to do with blood relation. Yes I have my blood related family, but I also have a dance family, a close group of friends I call family and now I have my wordpress family. I am blessed beyond measure.
